Eh link is here www.filefarmer.com, the ftp is a community type thing where you upload your files to ftp.filefarmer.com and you can then import to your webspace using the web browser so its not the bets place to be putting your private stuff but good if you want to share with others. Apparently there is a 35mb per file upload limit at the moment. You dont have to put in your real information either so its not like they can charge you after a year.
