Which products use this message? Currently, BnetDocs lists this message as being used by all products.

Additionally, it is noted that Stacraft always sends this message when disconnecting. Is this behaviour also exhibited by other products?

DRTL, DSHR, STAR/SEXP, JSTR, W2BN and SSHR send when disconnecting. WAR3/W3XP and D2DV/D2XP don't.
