On the menu it shows this:

Consts for all messages: [pas (http://bnetdocs.valhallalegends.com/consts.php?Type=*&Lang=pas) cpp (http://bnetdocs.valhallalegends.com/consts.php?Type=%&Lang=cpp) vb (http://bnetdocs.valhallalegends.com/consts.php?Type=%&Lang=vb)]

The only one that works out of those three is pas. The Links type variable should be * not %. :)
