Post by: Arta on July 06, 2005, 09:06 AM
This message is very poorly documented. If anyone can elaborate on this message's purpose, that would be great. Currently, this is the information we have:

Message ID:      0x37
Message Name: SID_0X37
Direction:         Client -> Server (Sent)
Format:
               (DWORD) Unknown
                 (STRING)      Null

Well, sending it arbitrarily got me IP banned with no reply.
Sent: GTC, null

This means It's a response to a s->c packet, or is required to be sent in a certain place.

Looking into it more.

Suggestion: Don't bother messing with it.  IIRC, this is some very old message used *only* in the D2 beta
