Find an eBook through a program such as LimeWire or Morpheus.

It isn't always sites that help you, looking at other sources BUT not touching them and fiddling around to see how they work can also help. But thats a way people dont advise :P

But yeah, google would be your friend for a site ;)

Websites aren't they way to go, they're great for reference much like eBooks. Either training videos or getting books from your library are the best ways you can possibly go.

Going to real life classes is the best way to train. But I wouldn't recommend wasting that kind of time. Not necessarily wasting, but using up that much of your time when you can do it on your own.

Why refer him to that if you don't recommend it? Seems like an oxymoron.

IRC or BitTorrent would be best for what you're looking for.

I've done fine with online tutorials and ebooks. I have not needed any book or anything.
It's a matter of preference.

Only because everytime you need a question answered you ask me or UserLoser.

Don't be an idiot, buy a book, preferably a used one.

I really would like training videos. I'm a visual learner. Any one know any videos that will teach you visual basic?

That wasn't the case, in anycase I asked UserLoser for help during my problems tackling my version failure during 0x51 and some other misc. things.

While I was learning VB I was too self concious  to ask anyone.
I don't recall asking you for help while I was learning VB because I didn't have your AIM back then.

Edit: Nor did I have UserLoser's AIM.

You don't have much of a chance finding a programming tutorial video. I'm going to once again suggest an eBook. Either be ignorant and lose out of learning Visual Basic 6 quickly, or find a good eBook and start learning Visual Basic 6. If you truely want to learn the language, then you *will* learn it through an eBook.

Damn!  That means I must not know Visual Basic 6, because I didn't learn it through an e-book!

AppDev (Whom I find to be very good at teaching certain languages like C# and others, as they did for me.)

Sorry about the way I worded that. What I mean is that if you truely want to learn a language then you *will*. And reading an eBook can help you out a great deal.

Buying a disc with a video on it is different than someone using something like StachIt(?) to capture themself programming, then uploading it somewhere.  The former is something like Video Professor, whereas the latter is someone with too much free time.

Regardless, AppDev is a "VIDEO" tutorial that is highly informative.
