My friend has 2 computer, 1 with Windows 98 & another with Windows Me (gasp).

Any recomendations of SIMPLE software that he could use to sync his iPod? iTunes won't work & the free-er the better.

Winamp with the iTunes plugin ;).

know of anything that might be just a bit less complex? something like itunes that auto-syncs & with just a few clicks can copy CDs into the library? something like that would be way PIMP

I use GTKPod, but I don't know if there's a Windows port..

Winamp 5 Plug-in (http://www.mlipod.com/index.php?page=home). Haven't tried it, but I'll try it when I get home. Seems easy enough to use though.
