I was talking to Joe about unhandled Stealthbot packets and one of them is 0x74.

That's 0x4A...
What's funny is that 74 is 0x4a in decimal. So there is a display error.
So Andy's Hex Dump is messed up, its unhexing the packet name.
Or it's just not hexing them, which is more likely than converting back and forth :P
But yeah, 0x4A is listed on BNetDocs, so problem solved!
