Title: Microsoft documenting more NTDLL functions?

Suddenly, they're all over the Platform SDK!

Many more lurk as well.  I wonder why Microsoft's had this change of heart - previously, they've seemed to have wanted to keep the NTDLL functions under tight wraps.

IDA has no trouble finding it in msnmsgr.exe! :P
