I think that it is only fitting that my first post here should be in introduction.

My Battle.net alias is Metis@Europe.
I am proefficient in the UNIX platform, especially *BSD, Solaris and AIX, C/Java/Perl and Visual Basic (which, I might say I don't use anymore.. at all), networking.
I work as a network administraitor.
I am 29.
Married, 1 rugrat.

I've become interested in vL-community and will be trying to help, follow guidelines and make some friends.
