And most likely
not by a legally owned gun!
That is not cruel AT ALL.
For christsakes. He refused to do what he was told multiple times. He did not abide. He deserved what he got.
Next time you get tasered read what you just said. :)
This is my argument against all those people who say you should just use a taser or pepper spray against an assailant. It took far too long to get that man under control. The officer would have been justified in deadly force after having been attacked.

I think mace will work a little better against an attacker then a taser I think, because a good shot of mace will atleast mess up the assailants vision for a bit, allowing you to get away.
I don't think you can use deadly force unless your life is threatened...the dude just wasn't obeying, he didn't have a weapon.
i think that taser was pretty effective
every zap totally shut that man down ;)
hahahah and with halarious results ;)

Did you miss the part where he was wrestling with the officer?
Oh yeah...I have, literally, a bad memory. When I answer the phone I usu have to ask ppl 2 & 3 times for their name & phone # (when I am taking msgs @ work)
