True lokitorrent.com sucks, but they are now being sued by the mpaa
(http://img68.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img68&image=lawsuit5mg.jpg)
They have already managed to get $21,000 in donations for the court case.
Damn it would be sexy to be able to raise that much money that fast.
They're actually gonna take 'em to court.
Ohhh, I HAVE to see this.
Lol, this is going to be the next scott peterson!

If they could raise that much money, think how much suprnova could have got.

They're going after a server with an IP of 66.250.450.10. Maybe they need a 12 year old to explain to them how IPv4 works.
I use lokitorrent, and I hope they win! I sent a $20 donation about 2 days ago.

Lokitorrent asked for money from people who benefitted from them at one point... when has he benefitted from you? :D
I don't think I have ever downloaded something from lokitorrent, they are pretty slow.

A lot of torrent sites are slow. kerrazy torrents is terribly slow at some times. But they have all of the best metal torrents.

Just get an
active torrent, one that was posted recently and/or has a lot of recent replies.
EDIT -- Weird error while sending reply?
It sent successfully, but I got this message.
2: mail(): SMTP server response: 550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>... we do not relay <[email protected]>

Oh, I thought we were talking about the site its self and not the torrent. Becuase sometimes the torrent site will be hellishly laggy, and then just downloading the torrent file takes a long time.
I have been getting that error in this forum for a few days now.
Seems I forgot to uncheck the post notification option in my profile, and the forum isn't being a good little SMTP mailer when calling mail(). Turned off the notifications now though, which should be a good temp fix.

lets test it. Still failed.
Ahh, I see. Disabling notifications globally is only a "from now on..." type of thing, so all the other topics I had replied to were still set to notify me. Unsubscribed from all the topics, since I couldn't care less about being notified of them, so it shouldn't break things on my account anymore.
Still seems to be a sendmail problem though. I'd be curious to know if anyone else's notifications work or not.

He benefits from me whenever he reads my posts.

I don't think anyone benefits from that :P
Not particularly big on bringing back old threads (even only a month and a half), but I thought I'd add in this little bit:
It looks like the lokitorrent.com website has been replaced by a generic anti-p2p page supporting the MPAA..., and I don't see anyone else saying such.
So what happened to the donations to fight the legal battle for lokitorrent.com? Hmm?
Sounds like a get-rich-quick scheme that actually worked.

Really? Naaaah...
We don't talk about Loki here.
ROTFL. Oh the damned Irony.
I think the mpaa page that is there now is kinda funny though.
